Frequently asked questions

Questions about the district: what it is, what is being built and where to park. And about the directory: where its information comes from and how you take over your page.

What is Norra Djurgårdsstaden?

A district in north-eastern Stockholm, built in phases since 2011 and continuing into the 2030s, largely on former gasworks and harbour land. It takes in Hjorthagen, Gasverket and the blocks around them. The Areas page explains where the name comes from and how the area relates to the Hjorthagen district; the Development page carries the city's figures for the whole area.

What is being built in Norra Djurgårdsstaden right now?

The city's phases run on into the 2030s, and several of Gasverket's industrial buildings are taking on new uses. The Development page lists the named projects with their timing, the source, and the date each fact was last checked — it is the only place those dates are maintained.

Where do I find housing in Norra Djurgårdsstaden?

The Housing page lists new-build projects on sale now, who is building them and the planned move-in dates, together with area price statistics from Svensk Mäklarstatistik AB. Individual apartments and sold prices are not published here.

Where can I park?

Visitor parking is run by Stockholm Parkering, and the Service page lists their garages and surface car parks in the district with the area codes you enter in the app. Residents' parking normally goes through their own association's garage and is rented there.

Folkkulturcentrum on Artemisgatan runs allsång, jazz jams and dancing, Spårvägsmuseet holds guided tours at fixed times, and Berghs opens its building on certain occasions. The Events page collects the dates, read from the organisers' own pages.

What is this website?

A directory of restaurants, cafés and shops in Norra Djurgårdsstaden, Stockholm, with opening hours, menus and current offers. The site is operated by Eightyfive AB and businesses keep their own pages up to date.

Which area does the directory cover?

Norra Djurgårdsstaden and its surroundings: Bobergsgatan, Storängstorget, the Gasverket area, Jaktgatan, Husarviken and old Hjorthagen.

Where does the information come from?

Businesses that have claimed their page keep it up to date themselves. Everything else is filled from the businesses' own published material — menus are transcribed as they are, with the date of the last update shown below the menu. The district pages on housing, development, events, services and vacant premises are read from named first-party sources such as the City of Stockholm and Stockholm Parkering, with source and check date on each page. Reviews are linked on the platform where they live — we store no ratings. Housing statistics come from Svensk Mäklarstatistik AB under their terms.

How do I claim my business page?

Create an account, go to your business page and click "Claim this page". Claims are reviewed manually, and once approved you can edit the page yourself.

What can I change as an owner?

Why are the opening hours wrong?

Hours come from the businesses themselves or from the most recent public listings. Spotted an error? Claim the page and you can correct it directly.
