Every venue is classified by what it IS, read from the business’s own description and menu on this site. A pizzeria selling kebab counts as a pizzeria, not a kebab house – otherwise a gap looks filled. The figures are what the six guides list, not a census, and that difference is documented: a sweep on 2026-09-07 found gatukök in four of the six districts that none of the guides listed – among them Liljeholmens Grill, on Liljeholmstorget since 1964. A format that stays off the web is the one we are worst at finding, so a zero here means "not in the guide", not "not there". The gatukök rows will be corrected once those businesses are added. The page ranks no business and recommends nothing – it counts.
