The lunch menu changes every week: the week’s dishes sit alongside a fixed section that always stays, with gazpacho, Caesar salad, chili-grilled pork collar and Texas chilli among those that have passed through. Marinated olives and parmigiano reggiano belong to what remains whatever the week. In the evening the menu changes shape. Snacks, starters and charcuterie boards with Jamón Ibérico Bellota and twelve-month parmesan stand against mains from the meat cabinet, gambas al pil pil and prawn toast, with a children’s menu and dessert – 27 dishes between 75 and 745 kronor. The restaurant occupies Gasverket’s old industrial buildings on Tengelinsgatan, with seating outside.
