Housing in Norra Djurgårdsstaden

Condominiums rising 30 storeys in Gasverket, on the plot formerly known as Gasklocka 4; Skanska is the builder and construction is planned to start in 2027. Homes are released in stages, 128 when sales opened in February 2026 and 46 in the second round, and some are sold through the OBOS Deläga co-ownership scheme.

Two point blocks on Bobergsgatan holding 71 condominiums of 1–6 rooms, 33–159 m². Ground was broken on 12 June 2026; homes are released in rounds with OBOS members choosing first, and about 40 per cent of the homes are offered through OBOS Deläga.

Sales opened on 4 February 2026, every home has been released for purchase and construction is estimated to start in 2026. By late August 2026, 92 buyers had gone on to sign preliminary contracts, which Selvaag says clears the way to announce construction start for buildings 1, 2 and 3 in autumn 2026. The apartments run from 2 to 6 rooms and 33 to 153 square metres, and prices sit in the unit selector on Selvaag’s project page.

Three brick-faced buildings in Gasverket, designed by Tham Videgård and set on top of a commercial block, with condominiums of 2–6 rooms and a shared dining studio, gym and spa for residents. Sales have not opened; registration of interest is open on Åke Sundvall’s project page.

Two condominium buildings where Hjorthagen meets Norra Djurgårdsstaden, designed by Kjellander Sjöberg as infill within the park setting. The project is in planning with construction planned to start in 2029, and sales have not opened.
