Two point blocks on Bobergsgatan holding 71 condominiums of 1–6 rooms, 33–159 m². Construction has begun.
Sales opened on 4 February 2026, every home has been released for purchase and construction is estimated to start in 2026. The apartments run from 2 to 6 rooms and 33 to 94 square metres, and prices sit in the unit selector on Selvaag’s project page.
