A model of the block stands in the showroom at Bobergsgatan 73, next to material samples. This is Selvaag Bostad's place in the district, open several times a week; coming times are announced on the project page, and the agents handling the sales come from Fastighetsbyrån at the same address. The project on show is Terrasskvarteret Pluss: around 166 apartments of 2 to 6 rooms, 33 to 94 square metres. Sales opened on 4 February 2026, construction is estimated to start in 2026 and occupancy is planned from autumn 2028. Selvaag Bostad is the Swedish arm of Norway's Selvaag Bolig and builds here under its Plussbostäder concept, which the company describes as shared space and service: a staffed reception, gym, party room, meeting rooms and a lounge. Three finished Pluss projects stand in Stockholm – Kvarteret Sädesärlan, Svea Fanfar and Svea Serenad.
