OBOS's bostadsbutik on Bobergsgatan showcases the housing projects OBOS is building in Norra Djurgårdsstaden – currently Brf Stadsljus and Brf Terrasshusen, with Kolkajen in planning. The showroom holds regular viewings; current times are on obos.se. Buyers can also use OBOS Deläga, a co-ownership scheme where you buy at least half the home and OBOS owns the rest. The showroom is at Bobergsgatan 61. Because what is shown are projects under construction rather than finished homes, the contents change over time – Kolkajen sits further back in planning than Stadsljus and Terrasshusen, which are being built now.
