OBOS's bostadsbutik shows the two projects OBOS is selling in Norra Djurgårdsstaden right now, Brf Terrasshusen and Brf Stadsljus. Terrasshusen, 71 homes in two point blocks along Bobergsgatan, broke ground in June 2026. Stadsljus, a 30-storey building in Gasverket, is being sold ahead of construction, which is planned to start in 2027. Kolkajen, where OBOS plans around 260 flats by the water, is still at the planning stage. Kitchen sections from both projects are set up in the showroom, with drawers to pull out and worktops to run a hand over. There are also material samples for Terrasshusen's four design lines, the standard finishes for Stadsljus and models of both projects. Brokers and OBOS staff are on hand at the viewings; current times are on obos.se. Buyers can also use OBOS Deläga, a co-ownership scheme where you buy at least half the home and OBOS owns the rest. The showroom is at Bobergsgatan 61. Since nothing on show is finished yet, the contents change over time as the projects are built and new homes are released.
