The bakery opened in 2022 in the Gasverket area and bakes bread and pastries, but it also runs a kitchen with two menus of its own. Lunch runs on weekdays from 10:30 to 14:30 and is kept short: soup and three poke bowls – avocado, chicken or raw salmon – between 145 and 195 kronor. At weekends brunch takes over between 10:30 and 16:00, with one setting for adults and one for children up to twelve, and something sparkling alongside in the form of mimosa, bellini and cava. Beyond the menus there is ice cream and lighter food to take away or eat in. The terrace sits in the industrial surroundings of Tengelinsgatan.
